Individual Therapy

 

Individual therapy can be a windy, fragile road. Just like glass can bend and change in one state, when feeling open and secure EMDR can transform emotions, body states and beliefs. After the proper preparation, I can guide you through EMDR’s steps to identify and process target memories and the associated negative beliefs. EMDR can be a briefer treatment for recent traumas or single events, and will often require slower paced work for more complex traumas and attachment ruptures. Together we can assess your needs as you determine if EMDR may be a useful treatment for you.

Introduction to EMDR therapy

Fees for Individual Therapy are $175 for a 55 minute session. Sessions are presently held via telehealth Monday- Thursday. I am licensed to work with individuals residing in Massachusetts and California.
